Over a century ago, a beautiful lady in the Baltimore Women's Civil League had a moment of pure genius at the May Flower Mart. By combining the opposing flavors of lemon and peppermint into one amazing treat, the lemon Stick was born. This beer is our homage to that woman's moment of ingenuity!

7.3% IPA
This hazy, soft, and evenly bittered IPA is our first experiment with "Helio Gazer", a strain of yeast engineered to boost thiol biotransformation and amp up the tropical notes from the hop additions. With the knowledge you have been given, you are now inside what we like to call "the circle of trust".

Double Spaced - 8.5% Double IPA. This is a pumped up version of Oxford Comma, continuing our line celebrating the frustrations that is the English language. The Citra, Cashmere, and HBC472 hops played so nice in this double base version.

POG Vice - 7% sour ale with tons of Passion Fruit, Orange, and Guava purees added for that big tropical punch and even a little orange tic tac flavor. We're dreaming long days and summer nights with this one.

Sweet Cherry Pie - 7.3% sour ale. A couple hundred pounds of cherry, with back end notes of brown sugar and pie crust.

Volume 1 is our first go with Cosmic Punch yeast: a strain designed to produce thiols during the fermentation and hopping schedule, resulting in exaggerated tropical flavor and aromas.
